1. Subscription Payments
  • All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.

2. Free Trial
  • We may offer a free trial period so you can evaluate our services before purchasing a subscription.

  • Once you move to a paid plan, refunds will not be provided.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical error.

  • Unauthorized transactions (if reported within 7 days).
