1. Subscription Payments
All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period so you can evaluate our services before purchasing a subscription.
Once you move to a paid plan, refunds will not be provided.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payments due to technical error.
Unauthorized transactions (if reported within 7 days).
4. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
