LynxTrac is a product of and owned by Pixbots Private Limited (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services available at https://lynxtrac.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Services

LynxTrac provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for:

• Server monitoring and health checks (CPU, RAM, Disk, etc.)

• Log analysis

• Release/hotfix management of vendor apps

• Remote desktop sharing

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information while creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Services are provided on a subscription basis.

• Payments are processed via our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay).

• You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge for subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful activities.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

• Share access credentials with unauthorized users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform remain the intellectual property of LynxTrac. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted services. LynxTrac shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Pixbots Private Limited, the owner of LynxTrac, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles
